Northern Lights Dreamsicles Polar Pals #60010 from 1998 with a box but does not have the foam insert. It is not new but in excellent condition.
So cute with the child angel and the bird riding on the back of the polar Bear. The child is holding a heart shaped blue stone in it's hand.
